I’ve found the jewelry piece I want but can’t select my size
If you can’t find the size you want, you can email us and we will arrange it for you.

Has my order been sent yet ?
If the item you have ordered is in stock, it will be mailed out the next business day after your order is confirmed.
For all other orders, such as a custom order, or if it’s out of stock, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery after the payment is received.

Part of my order is missing
We always make sure that the pieces are photographed and inspected before we ship them to ensure quality.

Do you have a return policy?
We assure the quality of the product before we ship it to clients, so currently the pieces are non-refundable.

What if I receive a defective product ?
Stones popping out during the transit are not considered as a defect, since they can be easily stuck back on at your end. We will guide you on how to stick them back on, just send us an email us.

What if I don’t like the product design, can I return it?
We do not accept returns for products that you may not like.

Once we’ve shipped your order, we’ll provide you with the tracking details.

Delivery - How long does it take?
Shipping times vary by carrier. Standard shipping usually takes 4-5 business days.
